ROAD RESTRICTIONS

  **** Please be advised that, according to our Bylaw No. 2017-3, from March 1 to October 31 of each year, the speed limit on P.G. 604 for vehicles with a combined weight of vehicle and load over ten (10) tonnes is 60 km/hr  **** 

 

All roads in the R.M. of Browning No. 34 (excluding exemptions listed in Bylaw No. 2017-5) are set as nine month primary weights, as set under Saskatchewan Vehicle Weights & Dimensions Regulations.  The NEW time frame (as set by Saskatchewan Highways)
is January 1 through to March 15 & June 15 through to December 31 of each year.
March 16 through to June 14  is secondary weights.

If you wish to receive these Road Restriction Orders, please email rmofbrowning@gmail.com and you will be added to our notification list.


All Overweight Permits MUST be sent to the R.M. office within a reasonable time, and will contact the Councilor for the applicable division for approval and proper route that must be adhered to. 

OVERWEIGHT PERMITS
Please email rm34@sasktel.net for a current copy of the fillable permit.

PLEASE INCLUDE LOCATION AND CONTACT NAME AND NUMBER ON PERMIT.  PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL EQUIPMENT LISTED ON THE PERMIT
APPLICATION AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO R.M. POLICY.

In the event a Permit is required after hours or on the weekend, please contact
the applicable Councillor for approval and submit your Permit application to the
R.M. office via email for issuance on the following working day indicating which
Councillor provided verbal approval.
